Mumbai : Many rich devotees offer gold and silver in temples due to their faith in God in this country. They also donate gold idols of Deities or offer to cover temple-domes with gold. Such competition has put the economy of the country in danger. If such things are not stopped, it has been warned by RBI that there is likelihood of RBI imposing restrictions on use of gold. A proposal to that effect has been sent by RBI to the Central Government. (The RBI invention of endangering the economy of the country due to gold used in temples instead of several scams by ruling Government, shows its intellectual bankruptcy ! The rulers have made provision for their next ten generations by looting hard-earned money deposited by the citizens by way of taxes into the Govt. coffers. It has been observed from the wealth declared by the elected representatives, who had no money to have even two proper meals, becoming billionaires after getting elected. Even then, overlooking the accumulated wealth and gold or silver by these elected representatives, RBI is eyeing at gold donated by devotees, out of their faith in God. Such RBI is also Hindu-hater! Tomorrow, RBI will dare to even remove gold ornaments worn by you ! Hindus should oppose, in lawful manner, to such dacoit RBI ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat)

Points presented by RBI in its proposal sent to the Government
Money invested in gold gets accumulated at one place like temple and cannot be used for various projects important from the viewpoint of development of this country. If the matter is not given serious consideration, it can further affect the adverse economy of this country.
