Ban imposes on breaking ‘coconut’ for Goddess during ‘Mandhardev’ Fair

Satara (Maharashtra) :
Trampling religious sentiments of Hindus, Satara District Administration has raised objection to Hindus performing religious acts during Fair at Mandhardev (taluka Vai). [Anti-Hindu Govt. dares to impose ban on traditions followed by Hindus as Hindus are tolerant. Will this Govt. dare to impose ban on traditions followed by Muslims? How long are Hindus going to bear with such treatment? Establishment of Hindu Nation (Governed by ‘sattvik’ rulers for the welfare of the world) is the only alternative for bringing about a change in this situation ! – Editor SP]  Mandhardev Fair is being held between 26th to 28th January 2013. In a review meeting held in this background, the above information was given by Mr. Suraj Waghmare, the regional officer.

Many Hindu devotees come for Sri Kalubai Fair from Maharashtra and other States. Considering the increasing crowd every year, the State Administration does not seem to have thought about providing proper facilities to the devotees. In fact, the Government has imposed ban on many religious acts like breaking of coconut, playing any instrument etc. Necessary manpower is being provided by the Government.
(It is the duty of the Government to make proper arrangements for controlling the crowd. Is it right to bring ban on religious acts of Hindus instead of making appropriate arrangements? Is the Govt. going to impose ban on this Fair in future because of the increasing crowd? – Editor SP)
