Panhala (Maharashtra) : On 3rd February, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) had organized ‘Western Maharashtra Regional members’ Study Session’ which was attended by ministers of NCP viz. Ajit Pawar, R. R. Patil, Jayant Patil, Chhagan Bhujbal, Hasan Mushrif, Lakshmanrao Dhobale etc. besides other members. After flag hoisting, the program started with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’.
While singing the National Song, the second stanza was sung first. (Case should be filed against NCP leaders who started singing National Song in wrong manner leading to its insult ! Elected representatives, who can’t sing even National Song properly, are governing the State; this is the futility of democracy ! – Editor SP) This mistake was realized by few members creating flurry in the camp. Some of the members brought the mistake to the notice of the leaders and the first stanza was sung again.
