Chiplun (Maharashtra) : Bhagavan Shri Parashuram is not a Deity worshipped by any particular caste. He is worshipped by all Hindus. Bhagavan Parashuram is not revered only by residents of Konkan but is worshipped all over India. All are living happily at Shri Parashuram-kshetra. Persons like Dhanaji Gurav have exhibited meanness by making insulting statements against Bhagavan Parashuram. Gurav should not try to hurt sentiments of the people of Konkan. If our religious sentiments are hurt, an apt rely will be given, was the warning given by devout Hindus from Shri-kshetra Parashuram.
On 4th January, Hindus united spontaneously against the statement made by Dhanaji Gurav insulting Bhagavan Sri Parashuram and they condemned Mr. Gurav for his anti-Hindu statement. (Congratulations to devout Hindus for uniting and protesting ! – Editor Sanatan Prabhat)
